That Case Called....Jealousy

Lately, it seems like some epidemic or a form of clothing for so many people. But it does stem from the bottom line of them being able to be and understand theirself. As well as being real, up front along with having real relationships with people.

Jealous is only a feeling that shows up being of the inherent nature of humans. True, those things and people that are important to you are the things that you protect and remain on high alert about. But there is a difference between healthy jealousy and that abnormal, psychotic jealousy.

Normal jealousy occurs because of your relationship feelings for someone. And it can spark from missing them or just wanting their attention. Something simple as that. The person doesn't flip out and curse the person they want the attention from out. They merely realize their feeling. Refelct on their relationship and then act according to the situation.

The abnormal jealousy people are like a vast sea you can drown in withing less than a minute. They get jealous because you followed what they said and started a relationship with the person they thought was a good match for you. Or they are jealous because they are not being chased enough to make them feel happy. Or because other people are talking to you. No matter the subject they are jealous and irrate about it. They normally cause a scene or have to do some other destructive actions.

I have felt jealousy at times because of my id and ego. Hell, I want my time when I want it. When I don't get it there is a reaction. That would be some jealousy that I am not getting what I need at that moment. I just tilt my head and analyze. Then end that whole situation.

Jealousy is hated so much because it shows a concern. An interest or care about something. Which most don't want to show or see because it denotes vulnerability.

It is time to step up and be real with yourself. Even if it is jealousy.
